Proposal + Contract
After our discovery meeting, a proposal will be sent to you within 1-2 business days. Within the proposal, you will find a contract with payment terms.
Once your contract is signed and you’ve paid your retainer, we will start the process straight away – starting with a welcome package from us.

Collaborative Exploration
During this phase, we will learn about your brand story and business goals.
Before our first strategy call, we will ask you to fill out a Branding Questionnaire. During our strategy call, we will dive deep to identify any misaligned aspects of your current branding. We will facilitate our brand strategy framework to help you identify the market gap and set a strong foundation for your brand.
This collaborative exploration will ensure that we create a brand and assets that align with your business goals and mission, specifically tailored to your target audience.

Create + Strategy
A strategic and innovative Brand Strategy will be delivered, clarifying your brand’s goals, vision, and mission while differentiating it from competitors, ensuring that your brand will stand out from the crowd.
A visual inspiration mood board will also be curated to help set the tone for your new brand.
Furthermore, a Brand Guide will be delivered, which includes final assets such as logos, fonts, a colour palette, and specific collateral designed for your intended audience.
You will see your new brand come to life while focusing on running your business.

Website Design
After your branding is complete, we will begin working on your website design mockups. By this point, you should have completed the website workbook that was provided to you upon contract signing. This workbook will guide you through the content needed for your website, from copy to photos. If you require assistance with copywriting or sourcing images and content, we offer additional support.
Once the mockup design is approved, we will develop and set up your website behind the scenes.

Brand Debut
You are completely in love with your new brand and cannot wait to share it with the world. We will provide you with assets that you can use to announce and promote your new brand to attract your ideal clients.
In addition, we will provide video tutorials to help you navigate the backend of your website. If you have requested additional support for social media, we will ensure everything is ready to go.
Finally, it’s time to celebrate!

Website Support
Once your project is complete, we offer two weeks of complementary post-launch website support to help you navigate the backend of your website. If you require ongoing support, we also offer a range of a la carte services.

Our comprehensive social media management services will ensure your brand gets in front of your intended audience. We will develop and execute a social media strategy, create and schedule content as well as manage your online community. Depending on the scope of the project and your needs, start time may vary.
Bookings are minimum 4-weeks in advance for Branding and Website.
For Social Media Management it takes about 2-4 weeks to onboard a new client.
During our discovery call, we will recommend a platform best suited for your business goals. We work with various Content Management Systems from WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Subbly, ShowIt and more.
Branding is more than just a logo. We do not believe a logo can tell your brand’s full story. We believe it is integral to invest into your brand and set a good foundation for your business’s success. We offer a comprehensive Brand Strategy with all our Branding projects to ensure your brand will stand out from the crowd.
We are the expert in branding and we make the most impact for your brand when we create branding from the ground up. We work best when we have complete creative freedom with your brand to ensure we create assets that speak to your target audience.
During our discovery call, you can let us know where your business most needs help. We can help you create personalized content and captions for your social media platforms.
Our minimum retainer for social media management is 6 months, paid monthly. After the 6 months is over, you can switch to month-to-month.
We offer and execute customized social media strategy unique for each brand. We are happy to say all of our clients stay with us for more than a year.
We understand that branding is a big investment, especially for small businesses. We offer various payment terms based on the scope of your project. This can be discussed during the discovery call.
Depending on the scope and value of your project, payments can be split into 2, 3, or 4 installments. If you need a special arrangement, just ask and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We accept all major credit card payments and e-transfer in Canada. To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and 50% at the end of the project before final files are released.
For branding & website clients, 25% payments are due prior to each phase of the project and at the time of booking.
For monthly retainer services, payments are due at the beginning of each month.
